As for the 2001 Geneva meeting the venue was the Centre de Recontres, 21 rue du Temple, Cartigny, Geneva. The programme was designed to cater for those travelling a considerable distance for the weekend and for those in Switzerland and nearby France who wanted to attend one day of the conference.
