I bequeath to Joan my wife 46li 13s 4d; and the site of the manor of the Pulle aforesaid, Queneham, and all my part of Bradley Shephouse in the Muyth, ae. for twelve years after my decease, towards the bringing up of my children.
To my daughters Margaret, Lucy, Eleanor, and Elizabeth, two spoons apiece.
After the expiration of the abovesaid twelve years, my said manor and farms shall remain to Thomas Tyndall my son. If he die unmarried before the said term shall be expired the residue of the term shall be divided equally among my six children Margaret, John, Eleanor, Lucy, Edward, and Henry Tyndall; and when my son Thomas inherits the lands, he shall have two beds, and two bed coverings, one whereof was his mothers.
I give to my said son Thomas 6li towards his finding while he shall be in service with Antony Bocher, gentilman, or any other master.
To my son William, all my interest in a messuage in Wanniswell in the parish of Barkeley co Gloucester.
To William Higgins and Joan his wife, all the corn I ought to have forth of Carpenters mill.
To Richard Trotman my son in law, and to Katheryn his wife, all my term and interest in the site of the manor of Hurst, held of the Kings Majesty.
To my said son Thomas my great lute and all the books of my study, except certain which I bequeath to Sir Robert Greene, parish priest of Tewkysbury.
I give to John Tyndall, my son, all my holdings in the Ligh nigh Ashton Keynes in the co of Wiltshire.
To my sons Edward and Henry, my lease of pastures in Aylworth co Gloucester.
To William Higgins, my son in law, and Joan his wife, my interest in the lordship of Burnet, and to the said Joan my gown cloth that remaineth with William Alen.
To Thomas Wetherston, my white ambling gelding that is at Tewkesbury park.
To John Rastall my grey ambling mag.
Legacies of money to my servants Thomas Keys and John Nicolls.
To Margaret Tyndall, daughter of Henry Tyndall, 113s 4d., over and above the 20s I did deliver unto here appointed by her uncle Griffith Tyndall.
I will that Nicholas Hill shall have a grant of the holding where Agnes Bracy dwelleth.
Small legacies to other servants, and to the poor of Tewkesbury, the Pulle and Forthampton.
To Thomas Gilmyn, my dagger and best host.
I have forgiven such debts as be owing to me in Slymbridge, except what Thomas Taylor oweth me.
To Richard Trotman all the apparel I have here with me.
Various debts are owing to and from me, from and to George Huntley gent; John Pert my son in law, and his wife my daughter, Richard Trotman, my son in law; John Bocher, son of Maurice Bocher and Thomas Cook.
Executors; William Laurence, my father in law; John Rastell, Thomas Wetherston and William Higgyns, my son in law.
Overseers: Thomas Trotman of Cam and my cousin Edward Trotman.
Witnesses: Hugh Elys, Thomas Gilmyn, Thomas Trape, and others.
